Warranty Information

We offer a full 12 month warranty on all our products.

What it covers:

This full warranty covers any defects in the electrical components and craftsmanship of our products. This includes the malfunction or defect in any electrical components and any loose or improperly attached crystals.

What it does not cover:

The full warranty does not include any defect of or unsightly inclusions in the natural crystals used to create our products.
This full warranty does not cover any damage done altering, attempting to fix, or otherwise modifying our products.
This full warranty does not include any accidental damage, dropping, striking or otherwise accidental or intentional harming of our products.
This full warranty excludes any warranty from any parts, cables or attachments of our products.

Your warranty is void in totality if:

You remove the electrical component of your product.
If your product is placed outside or in direct sunlight
If your pet chews or damages your product including damage to the cord.

 A copy of your purchase receipt or a personal bank payment receipt is acceptable evidence of purchase.

How to claim warranty services:

To obtain the benefit of this warranty, you will be required to arrange delivery of the complete product (including any pieces that are no longer attached) to:

This full warranty does not assume the risk of loss or damage within the shipping process. We will not insure your product throughout the shipping or return shipping process. You will be required to coordinate return paid packaging with insurance for the return delivery upon repair.

Extent of Warranty services:

We will assess your product and contact you within 5-10 business days of receiving your product.
If we deem your product falls into our warranty guidelines we will the commence the following:
Repair the product.
Replace the product if we cannot repair it.

No other experts warranty applies:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, wholesaler or other person is authorised to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of this product or Raw & Glow in verbal or written form. 

Limitation of liability:

Raw & Glow shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Raw & Glow will not be responsible for any damages or injuries caused as a result of tampering or altering of the product. Raw & Glow will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product during delivery to or from our premises.
